Drop-Off Catering
Our drop-off catering is designed to be simple, efficient, and stress-free. Freshly prepared, hot food is delivered directly to your location and arrives ready to serve.
To ensure the best quality and presentation, we kindly ask that your service area and any requested equipment are fully prepared at the scheduled delivery time. This allows food to be served promptly and prevents it from sitting for extended periods prior to service.
Small Group Boxed Lunch Catering (Drop-Off Only)
For smaller events, meetings, and team lunches, Wholesoul Eatery offers a
Small Group Boxed Lunch Catering Package.
This option is available for groups of 20–30 guests and includes individually packaged meals (box-lunch style), prepared fresh and delivered ready to distribute.
Each boxed meal includes:
- One protein
- One side
- House-made slaw
- Cornbread muffin
- Individually packaged for convenience and easy service
This package is drop-off only and does not include:
- On-site service
- Staffing
- Food trailer service
- Chafing dishes or buffet setup
Menu selections, packaging details, minimums, and final pricing are provided after inquiry submission.
Setup & Equipment
Chafing dishes, warmers, plates, and serving utensils are available upon request for an additional fee.
For drop-off catering, clients should be prepared to receive and serve food at the scheduled delivery time to ensure optimal quality and presentation.

On-site service is available by request and must be scheduled in advance.
This option is ideal for events that require staff support for setup, food monitoring, or guest flow.

Our food trailer service brings Wholesoul Eatery directly to your event. Perfect for festivals, community gatherings, private parties, and outdoor events, this option allows guests to order fresh, made-to-order meals on-site.
Food Trailer Booking Guidelines
Our food trailer service is ideal for full-service, high-volume events.
Bookings require a 50-guest minimum and are subject to food & beverage minimums based on menu selection, service duration, and event details. Food trailer service includes up to 2 hours of drive-up service, with additional service time available upon request.
All food trailer bookings require advance scheduling and are subject to availability, location access, and event size. A food trailer service fee applies and is determined by event location and duration.
To receive accurate pricing and confirm availability, please include your event date, location, estimated guest count, and preferred service timeframe when submitting your catering request.
